Join Our Team and Start a Rewarding New Career
Are you looking for a career change that offers flexibility, independence, and personal satisfaction? Becoming a driving instructor might be the perfect path for you. At Hero Driving School Instructor Training, we provide comprehensive training to help you qualify as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). Our franchise operates without contracts, allowing you to work with complete freedom. We offer driving instructor training across Colchester, Clacton, Chelmsford, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.
Our Training Approach
We carefully select suitable candidates for our ADI training program. To ensure this career is the right fit for you, we conduct a two-hour assessment before enrollment. This session allows us to evaluate your suitability and gives you the opportunity to decide if this profession aligns with your goals. You will also meet one of our experienced trainers, who will provide valuable insights into the role of an ADI.
No Contract Commitments
We believe in flexibility and fairness. You will never be required to sign a contract during your training or after qualifying as an instructor. Our contract-free franchise ensures that you retain full control over your career.

- All content is covered in the official ADI 14 booklet.
- A variety of study materials, including books, apps, and online resources, are available to assist you.

- This test assesses your driving ability at an advanced level.
- We will train you to a high standard to ensure you are fully prepared.
- Your driving skills will be tested on town roads, country roads, and dual carriageways.
