As soon as you contact us, right through to successfully completing your driving test and becoming a confident and competent driver, we promise to deliver a high quality, professional and friendly service. Our aim is to get you on the road as a full UK driving licence holder as quickly as possible, whilst ensuring you are safe and happy to learn at a pace you are comfortable with.

We only use an experienced team of fully qualified DVSA approved driving instructors. You can enjoy peace of mind that you will learn with the finest instructors in the area, who will provide a friendly experience and professional service all the way through to you becoming a fully licensed driver. As our customers safety is our main priority, we ensure that all of our instructors go through an enhanced CRB check and adhere to a strict code of conduct, which is constantly monitored and updated.

What Hero Driving School Delivers to its Customers
You will receive a full hour long driving lesson from an experienced DVSA approved qualified driving instructor. During your first lesson we will ask you to drive as we always want to deliver value for money. We also recommend that your first lesson is a two hour lesson so you have plenty of time to start to feel comfortable for the first time behind the wheel. Your lessons will be strictly on a one to one basis with your driving instructor who will be polite, smartly dressed and professional at all times. We promise that each session of instruction you book with us will be fully structured and informative. We will try to be punctual at all times.

However, accidents, breakdowns and traffic jams do happen out on the roads, so in rare circumstances, our instructors might be late for a lesson. If this does occur, we promise to communicate via text or phone to keep you informed and extra time will added to your lesson free of charge.
