Before coming to Colchester I had attempted the driving test a few times in my hometown. I failed in all these attempts and lost all my confidence in driving. Four years later, I decided to try again. After researching all the driving schools in Colchester, I went with Hero Driving School as they had the best reviews and the best instructors. And the reviews don’t lie… I had Mas as my instructor and he did a miraculous job of teaching me to drive in Colchester (which was more difficult compared to my hometown); building up my confidence and reducing my anxiety. He believed in my driving skills even when I didn’t. He is one of the most calming, patient and friendly driving instructors I’ve ever come across. I would recommend him to anyone living in the Colchester region and I think all driving instructors should be more like him. I finally passed my driving test because of him!! Thank you so much Mas!!

I had a brilliant experience learning to drive with heroes. My instructors name was Mas who was very polite easy to talk to and very patient when things aren’t going to plan and has great techniques for calming your nerves. His methods of teaching I found very straight forward and simpler in comparison with previous instructors. All in all I’ve had a great time learning to drive with him would highly recommend. I took a 35-hour intensive course with Mas and I passed my test with just 2 minors! Mas was the perfect instructor for me, he holds you to a high standard from lesson 1 and I felt completely relaxed when I went to take my actual test, which was much easier than any of our lessons! I’m gonna have Mas’ voice in my head for the rest of my driving life probably! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone👍👍

Passed first time thanks to Mas!! Really great instructor, learned alot from him. Had a mock test the day before and didn’t do very well, but listened to Mas, told me to comentate about everything around you, what your doing next and really calms you down and helps you through it.
